Job Description:
Successfully completed studies in electrical or process engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in field instrumentation
- Knowledge of measurement principles such as pressure and temperature as well as instrument types of field instrumentation and nuclear power plants an advantage
- Process engineering knowledge about the selection of field instruments
- Reading of technical drawings
- Knowledge of state of the art measuring instruments in process and analytical technology
- Assembly knowledge and knowledge of state of the art of assembly material
- Experience in application and interpretation of standards and technical guidelines
- Knowledge of tec4fde and PRODIX is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Skills:
- Design the correct measurement instruments according to given requirements.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with relevant functional departments for instrumentation
- Clarify and ensure consistency amongst all relevant interfaces and requirements within the plant
- Gathering customer and project requirements and creating technical specifications for execution documents for instrumentation
- Provide technical support for subcontractor execution and review technical documentation
- Solving technical problems within the scope of project work
- Handling of plant documentation such as hook-up, MKB
- Knowledge of the basics of nuclear equipment qualification in accordance with regulations (KTA and IEEE) is an advantage
- Project specific codes, certificate and approvals will be given accordingly.
- The required support concerns both the nuclear and the conventional part.
