Tasks
? Independent designing with consistency of components and patterns of the design system in mind
? Counsel for the product and design teams to create compelling and consistent, on-brand experiences across all the product and service touchpoints
? Craft world-class standards and style guides for colors, icons, typography and graphics to improve the design process and product experiences
? Counsel for the engineering teams to incorporate components and styles, supported by a centralised design system of code components and specifications
? The role is about complex product design and design systems. It is not about marketing, landing pages, or graphic design.
Requirements
? Project experience with style guides, design systems, and iconography
? Excellence in visual design for product user interfaces, supported by experience designing for/with web technologies (HTML and CSS, with JavaScript knowledge considered a nice-to-have)
? Project experience collaborating and negotiating with a variety of disciplines to deliver the best experience that serves both user and business needs, cycle after cycle
? Passion to solve complex problems, challenge, and improve the user experience of enterprise products and services
? Appreciation for the storytelling aspect of fashion Tooling
? Must be proficient in Figma
? Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs etc.)
