Altium/ PCB Designer - Immediate Start - English Only - Hamburg - Remote Available - 6 MonthsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Create Altium schematic symbols
- Create Altium pc board footprints
- Create Altium 3-Dimensional component shape files using information from supplier data sheets, design engineer provided information and board fabricator/contract manufacturer inputs, as available
- Use SolidWorks to create 3-Dimensional component shape files when not otherwise available.
- PCB layout work using Altium when Vault workload allows or other business needs direct
- PC board file generation and upload to Enovia
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with creating Altium Vault component files for pc board layouts
- Some familiarity with PC board layouts using Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Zuken, or Eagle PC board design software with a preference for Altium.
- Experience with SolidWorks is preferred.
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related is preferred.
