- Conception, creation and updating of technical documentation (for example operating instructions, etc.)
- Translation of complex information about the infrastructure and services into userfriendly and simple content
- Ensuring the alignment with standards and assisting in defining them
- Consultation with the subject matter experts
Your profile
- Professional experience as Technical Writer
- Very good technical understandig and advanced technical writing skills
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
