Project background
Actualization of Global Integration Bus (GIB) interface Functional Design documents (FD) based on the latest interface templates (SFTP-Template V1.1, Standard-Template V1.5) from the GIB-Migration SharePoint. The GIB interface scope list is defined in the GIB-Package FD status.xlsx file
Tasks:
The consultant will independently:
- Create Change Requests (CRs) for the Matrix project for each GIB interface in ServiceNow
- Update the existing GIB-Package FD status.xlsx file to provide an overview of the latest
documentation status for the FDs and CRs.
- Update the Functional Design documents (FDs) to the latest template version in Word/ PowerPoint:
- Change outdated names of authors to the correct ones
- Update architecture diagrams
- Update system information, to match infrastructure / InventoryList
- Check red text and move to black
- Move to current template if there is no GIB-Info
- Remove empty adapters in chapter 6
- Standardize naming for better visibility to: FD_<quelle>_<ziel>_GIB_<datentyp>_<change
no.>.docx (e.g. FD_SAP_P92_...)
- Check RFC Connections in terms of infrastucture, specifically WMB_NZ_WH vs.
IIB10_NZ_WH
- Remove references to P72 and others (e.g. 62, 60, 68, 08, 01, 11, 12) to reduce clutter
- Update interface information in Alphabet upload sheet
