We are looking for a Workday Consultant with experience of using Workday Report Writer / Workday Report Designer with knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and Talent & Performance for project work in Munich. Fluent English essential. Consultant must ba able to carry out some of the project work on site.

Erforderlich:
- Workday Report writer certified - Workday Calculated field certified - Business knowledge of Advanced Compensation & Benefits (Merit and Bonus calculation) as well as Talent & Performance (Goals in particular) - Skills to build Merit or Bonus statements (letters to employees) â?? Knowledge and expertise in Workday Studio and Workday Report Designer ( BIRT ) to be able to create PDF forms and layouts and combine data in Studio from reports to these layouts - Competences to follow the tenant management and to work hand in hand with the intergation partner

Wünschenswert:
60-80% availability on-site
