PMO with profound project management knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Capability of organising and structuring the work
- Expertise in PowerPoint and XLS
- Ability to be flexible, proactive and self-motivated
- Competency to work accurately
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Assisting Program Managers
- Establishing of Steering Committees, inviting participants and arranging pre-discussions
- Fostering project leads with preparation of slides and content
- Coordinating weekly team meeting as well as deepening of inputs and completion of status report
- Working with project management tool and tracking of risk and issue log as well as consolidation of project plan
