I am looking for an UX researcher/consultant to be part of an interesting project in Berlin!Conditions: Full-Time (40 hours the week)
Start: asap, latest 1st of September 2018
Duration: 3 months ++, full-time
Location: Berlin on site
Language: English
Responsibilities:
- building a research infrastructure concerning B2B research to gather feedback from merchants on the products and services
- organize / run/ lead user tests together with Product Managers and Designers (interviews, etc.)
- document and analyse the findings to iterate on the concept
- linking research facts for an overall understanding of the customers
- Evaluation of the user experience and usability
- Present the results through written reports and oral presentations
About you:
- degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Experimental Psychology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of work experience in an applied research setting
- Strong understanding of different research methods, when and how to apply them during each product phase
- Experience in B2B research / E-commerce and financial experience is a plus
