Tasks:
Support of a work stream "Procurement / Billing" for billing in the framework of a international roll-out of a logistics company.
Participation in the introduction of a SAP-based centrally-defined template taking into account legal requirements of the country and design of solutions for the integration of the local business (for example interfaces with local applications).
International introduction of the SD module, in particular for the preparation of outgoing invoices as part of the overall solution of an ERP template in the countries of Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia at the same time.
Conducting interviews and preparation. Moderation and follow-up of workshops (in English, if necessary with translators in local language)
Preparation of solution proposals in coordination with the person responsible for the application, as far as not represented by the existing template functionalities.
Preparation of the implementation planning for the responsible area.
Coordination of data mapping and data migration for the responsible area, if necessary.
Coordination of work results with all central and local stakeholders
Create and conduct presentations in the consulting area at the management level
Ensuring the quality assurance of the work results

Traveling within Europe (Frankfurt, Berlin, London, Lubljana, Belgrade)
Mandatory requirements:
International experience in consulting the SAP module SD, especially regarding tax aspects of invoicing.
Ideally experience in the SAP modules MM, PM, CO
Business fluent English
Experience in the safe handling of standard software
Ability to get into new environments very quickly
Enthusiasm for working together in an international team
Flexibility and willingness to travel (50%) within Europe
Experiences in intercultural cooperation or in projects
Self-initiative when working and driving the topic forward
Determination of requirements with local auditors.
Creation of local versions of Business Blueprints.
