Requirement and responsibilities:
Understanding of quality measures and SLA implementation
In depth understanding OSS operation and business situation and process
SPOC for user account creation request to customer IT services during transition phase
User account profile and template management; team support to raise the user account creation;
Responsible for IT User Help Desk, handling all IT support from project members, before sending to customer IT support;
Reporting on user account creation;
Responsible for OSS and IT business processes alignment with customer
Local SPOC for OSS services towards customer;
Coordinate and support GNOC team for OSS service delivery;
Responsible for remote connectivity between customer premise and GNOC;
Team work with customer OSS team for seamless service delivery
