Ausstattung eines Helikopters mit einem CVFDR-SystemDie Dokumentation ist teilweise entworfen, muss aber gemäß den letzten Projekt-Modifikationen von 2013 und 2014 überprüft und neu geschrieben werden.

Documentation is partially drafted but it must be written and reviewed according last project modifications from years 2013 and 2014
Input data:
• PGS tool • PMT tool • PGS Database (Draft) • ICT Database (Draft) • DFS Database (Draft) • Drafted documents and or templates for:
• IDD • Installation description document • Frame document • DFS document • ICT document • Equipment DDPs CVFDR FDAU and Microphone documents • Bench Test Report document • Bench Test Results document • Templates for Ground and Flight Test Procedures
Documents and databases to be delivered to customer in defined templates format and schedule in English language:
• Corrected PGS Database on (.arb) format and
• corrected ICT Database on (.ict) format and
• corrected DFS Database on (.dfs) format
in accordance with erratum found on ground and flight tests
• provide new documentation with a time limitation of three days in order not to block testing. Five iterations for the correction are expectable but a bigger number must be also included in the purposes of this SOW.
• PGS Frame document enclosing PGS database contents.
• DFS document enclosing database (.ict) contents.
• ICT document enclosing database (.dfs) contents.
• Project Description Document including scope of the project, performed modification, applicable regulation, ELOS affected and related CRI.
• Substantiation Report including a traceability of compliance evidences from every mean of compliance to requirement. Several iterations of this document may be needed from EASA until acceptance.
• Any specific Substantiation Document that may be requested by EASA as Voice Channels Recording Description for the certification of this project.
• FAL test procedure reviewed and agreed in order to include the needed tasks for the new voice channels and parameters.
• TN to describe CVFDR functionalities after modification to update flight manual.
• TN to describe CVFDR maintenance after modification to update maintenance manual.
• IDD Document reviewed implementing last modifications.
• Installation description document considering any final modification needed on the design and including each particular constraint for installation on selected platform.
• Equipment DDPs CVFDR MFDAU and Microphone documents.
• Installation DDP.
• Bench Test Report document.
• Bench Test Results document.
• Ground Test Requirements document.
• Flight Test Requirements document.
• Ground Test Results document including a comparison between flight recorder data analysis done with
PGS ground tool and measured values on cockpit instruments collected during testing.
• Flight Test Results document including a comparison between flight recorder data analysis done with
PGS ground tool and flight data report from pilots.
