German Speaking is mandatory : B1 to C1
NSSR : Change request (Hands on experience is required)
Avaloq Certificate is mandatory / Hands on Avaloq is also fine
Work Location : fully remote/ within UK and Europe
Good to have 2 days from Berlin, Germany Office but not mandatory
TP : TP Duration : 6 Months and extendable
Experience level : 4 to 5 years,
Short description of the scope of work

L2 - Business Analyse

• Analysing incoming tickets including Service requests, NSSR, Incidents and Defects
• Provide L3 with all required information for incidents eg. Prepare step to reproduce for L3
• Analysing small NSSR regarding implementation effort
• Provide workaround for the end user
• Analyse of Logs
