Senior Embedded Engineer - Hybrid working - 6 months initially - Up to 85 p/h - Freelance contract only - You have to a German resident to apply
Job Description
You will be working with one of Germany's top service provider partners within Autonomous Driving Practice. You will be working on the next generation AD Platform development topics., actively engaged with AD Platform Community of Practice to shape the solutions in Middleware for next-gen Embedded platforms in autonomy.
Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Linux operating system
• Good knowledge of C or C
• Good knowledge of Real Time and safety systems
• Experience working with target boards and bringing them up with bootloader and operating system
• Experience in debugging using tools like Lauterbach or equivalent
• Experience with git, cmake or bazel or any other relevant tools
• Experience with Scripting (eg python)

Responsibilities:

• Develop platform components in C or C
• Understanding current implementation of components and extending the functionality for fixing bugs
• Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Conduct system analysis for the software stack and components using the defined KPIs
