Briefed by an online retail company with over 250 stores and 3100+ employees globally. The customer has ambitious plans to expand and are seeking a Cloud Engineer to support this transition.We are seeking to place experienced Cloud Engineers to support the vision of the DevOps engineering team. In this role, the suitable candidate will be able to create and maintain cloud infrastructure, software, and platforms. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for technological tasks associated with Cloud Engineering: Design, maintenance, and support.
Areas of involvement include:
• System logging, monitoring, and alerting
• Drive DevOps automation
• Maintain close relationships and collaborate with supporting engineering teams to assure continuous delivery.
• Design, plan, implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline containerization and applications.
• Provide support for IaC through, ensuring constant maintenance of managing and raising issues in the servers.
• AWS Architecture (designing and implementation)
• Ability to containerise applications through implementing Docker and Kubernetes
