Mechanical Engineer (EV Automotive, Charging & Locking Systems) - Nordrhein-Westfalen – 12-24 Months – ASAPMy client, an Automotive industry leader, is looking to take its products into the EV (all-electric vehicle) market and has designated the next 3 years as a crucial turning point in the company’s history. The project at hand is developing e-mobility locking systems for charging inlets and taking this to mass production.
Tech Stack/Requirements:
• Mechanical and/or Mechatronic Engineering experience.
• Experience in mass production; candidate should have experience in taking at least one product to mass production.
• Direct experience working with e-mobility locking systems, charging systems and sockets would be a great bonus.
• Experience in injection molding.
• Experience in high voltage and DC charging.
• English speaking. German is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Hands-on engineering.
• Mentoring of internal employees.
• Bringing the e-mobility locking system for charging inlets to mass production.
