We are looking for a Team Lead in the area of e-commerce for a world leading company in software development in Munich with immediate effect.Your Daily Doing:
? You take over the agile leadership of our developer team and are responsible for their motivation and performance
? You develop concepts, solutions and presentations that support us in achieving our vision
? You are in the lead in implementing features and projects in collaboration with your team
? You define, monitor and continuously improve our processes
? You will perform code reviews and deployments
? You will be the first point of contact for our product and marketing team
? You are in constant exchange and report to our CTO
What you bring to the table:
? You work with agile methods like Kanban and Scrum and have experience in leading a team
? You have very good knowledge in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and Symfony, frontend framework knowledge in Vue.js, React, or Angular is an advantage
? Your experience with Git (GitLab) and CI/CD tools and your understanding of Rest APIs and cloud infrastructures is something you can bring to the table.
? You are very confident with database design and database technologies (MySQL)
? You are a team player and can motivate an international team (currently 4 DEVs) with social intelligence and lead them to good results
? You can manage freelancers and outsourcing projects
? You enjoy working independently, looking for creative solutions and always thinking outside the box
? You are fluent in written and spoken English and have a basic knowledge of German
