Hello Freelancer,for an innovative project within the Bosch Group we are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer for Cloud based Development.
Project scope
Eclipse Velocitas provides an end-to-end, scalable, modular and open source development toolchain for creating containerized and non-containerized in-vehicle applications.
• Start: Asap for 12 months
• Workload: %
• 100% remote
• Project language: English
Skills and experience
• Experience in coding with multiple programming languages (e.g. python, Rust, C/C++), development frameworks and SDKs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes…), testing frameworks, and other DevOps tools
• DevOps knowhow on architecture and process level for automation of testing, SW integration and deployment processes
• Experience in engineering practices such UI design and implementation (e.g. in HTML5) as well as developer experience methodologies would be an advantage
Tasks
Development of DevOps inspired developer-centric tools for new a generation of automotive SW platforms for Linux containerized in-cehicle applications (SDKs, Github Actions & workflows, and local dev environments)
• Develop artefacts like SDKs in different languages, GitHub Actions and Workflows and local development environments based on Container Technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Create and implement overarching concepts for security, authorization and data privacy
