· 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector

· 10+ years of related IT experience with knowledge in COBOL,SQL,CICS,JCL,DB2

· Experience in the Card Payments industry is a strong plus

· Strong personal commitment to department objectives

· Proactive work performance as well as working under time pressure

· Economic thinking and acting with client satisfaction attitude

· Ability to act independently and as a team player with IT functional units and business units

· Management and presentation skills on all levels

· Recommends strategies for improving performance and efficiency

· Experience in negotiations with external and internal customers

· Strong analytical and conceptual skills
