Requirement:
• Provide level 1 level 2 production support for production environments (Skype, Teams)
• Prioritizing and escalating with L3 team member to ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot and fix issues
• Upgrades and Patches
• Performing database backup, restore, copy database and troubleshooting recovery issues
• Configuration, and system administration of MS Teams in O365/M365
• Configuration, and system administration of Skype for Business
• Expected to perform various Server Administration activities and handle escalated requests from the Service desk personnel
• Expected to play Level 1/Level 2 role for infrastructure Administration, Incident, and Change Management
