This position is for a Senior Frontend Developer who can join the team to serve as a team expert in front-end implementation, creating efficiency and optimization to ultimately drive the platform’s capabilities. They are searching for someone with previous frontend development experience, that is a team player, with a “can do” attitude.Key Information:
Role: Javascript
Project Length: 6 months + extensions
Work Commitment: Full-time – 40 hours per week
Work Location: 90-95% remote – occasional travel to Berlin area (ideal but not mandatory)

This is an exciting project which will allow you to work on a modern web application which is in constant development.
After recently completing a lift and shift migration to AWS, the plan for the months ahead is to replace some of the existing components with new SaaS functionality. As a Software Engineer, you will be implementing these new features with an additional focus on delivering front end solutions, and authentication flows.
Tech Stack across the team:
Main: JavaScript
- Additional and beneficial skills: React , TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda, Serverless), Basic DevOps
- Agile mindset
- Experience in API development, distributed, service-oriented, event-driven architectures
- Experience with React
- Experience with TypeScript
- Good communication skills in English.
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
