Hiring Process (steps and timeline): 1 personal interview, 1 technical interview
Area of responsibility:
Solve technical problems of the highest complexity and scope, including multifaceted production issues Work with engineers across the company to build new features in a secure, well-tested, and performant way Create core concepts for large-scale architectural and technical changes and implement them together with your team Work closely together with the Product team and other stakeholders to get ideas ready for implementation Actively improve the purely technical side of the project, tackling technical debt and related topics, thus enabling the Engineering team to work more efficiently Build and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting systems Infrastructure as code, continuous delivery and test automation is a matter of course for you.
