• Exchange Online expertiseEnterprise Vault knowledge
• Basic Network knowledge
• Load Balancing solutions for OnPremise Basic Security and Antispam solutions for Onpremise
• L2 L3 SupportIncident Management
• Assist own the preparation of end user support documentation and knowledge
• Communicate critical service issues through several channels to notify all levels of support globally Ensure SLAs and ensure availability requirements are met or exceed
