I am looking for a Senior Back-end Developer with Team Lead expertise who has experience of handling a team of Juniors. Excellent communication skills.Please find Project details below:
Working Hours: 40h per week
(only!) Must have Stacks/Skills: Knowledge in either C or Go or Rust or C++
Project start: ASAP
New/ Ongoing Project: Ongoing
Duration estimate: 3 months with possible extension
Remote/Onsite: Remote
Spoken Language: English
Nice to have tech stack: Experience with search engines, OpenSearch, and Elasticsearch
Hiring Process (steps and timeline): 1st interview with HR, 2nd with the team
Project Goal and Tasks:
- Extending our (mostly public) projects hosted on GitHub with new features
- Experience in solving back end structure problems/tasks on a larger scale
- Applying common development practices such as pair programming, clean code, code reviews, TDD, continuous integration, etc.
- Architecture knowledge and experience in breaking down bigger product visions into smaller development tasks
- Developing automated tests for new features
- Supporting the product owners in designing meaningful user stories
- Collaboratively developing solutions and making decisions as part of a Scrum team
