Hello Freelancer,We are currently looking for a very experienced Senior UX/UI Designer for a highly interesting and innovative project within the Bosch Group. The project has a duration of roughly twelve months. 100% remote work is possible.
Project description:
This is the creation of the Design4x software. Design4x is our web-based tool for performing a design analysis with advanced features such as drawing, versioning, rights management and PDF export. D4X will perspectively develop into an important building block along a digital and networked V-model within PS and replace all non connected tools in this fields.

Tasks:
Responsibility
-Defining interaction patterns and micro interactions of current and future user interface elements
-Creating interactions that support application style guide, with a strong focus on excitement
-Making sure that interaction feedback strengthen the comprehension of user interfaces using design principles
-Create tangible prototypes of micro interactions and hand off artefacts for testing and implementation
-Working with or within the design system to provide the design to the organization.
-Work closely with user interface designers and front-end developers to incorporate interaction patterns into prototypes
or code environments.
Qualification:
-at least 7 years of experience in motion graphic design and significant experience focused on UI design for larger
brands/companies preferable for complex web-based applications
-you have knowledge with Java-Script / CSS / HTML / Markdown and Git to work in close collaboration with Frontend-
Developers
-Strong skills and talent to apply visual storytelling, timing, movement and editing to interactions in user interfaces.
-A good knowledge in design theory: typography, colours, grids, etc
-Good self-assessment and experience in estimating own tasks in an agile work environment.
-Great communication skills to be able to articulate your design decisions to the entire team and our partners
