Validation/Test Engineer – 18 Months - HamburgValidation Engineer for lab measurements of highly integrated Systems on Chips (SoC).
Responsibilities:
• Translating measurement requirements into SW functions and Test Code in Labview define and support team in creating evaluation test boards (PCB)
• Development/Programmer software in LabView
• Adapting test SW code for new tests configuring and measuring a mixed-signal IC
• Testing the SW on a 77 GHz automotive radar chip
• Review results from tests with design engineers.
• Maintain reports with test results.
Preferred skills:
• Familiar with programming languages to remotely control lab instruments (C++, Matlab, Labview).
• Familiar with an electronics lab.
• Knowledge of Python for analysing test results.
• Capability to work independently and accurately.
• Capability to effectively interact with a large number of people with different backgrounds and roles.
Your Profile:
• B.Sc./M.Sc.(preferred) of Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, High Frequency Technology or similar.
• Familiar with programming languages (C++, Matlab, Labview, Python).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of High Frequency Technology preferred design skills in PCB tools.
• Interest to work in a multinational Team.
• Critical and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills.
Must-have:
