We have urgent opening for our one of our leading client.
Role:IT Support Technician
Location: Hamburg, Bremerhaven -Onsite
Mode: Permanent
German And English Language required
A high level of Customer Service and customer focus
· Advanced desktop usage / VPN & Citrix / Mobile Devices / Windows 10
· Advanced knowledge of setting up PCs, including BIOS configuration, Microsoft operating systems and connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.)
· Good knowledge of the most common PC accessories and how to connect them, i.e. printers, mice, external drives.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio).
· Ability to perform basic setup of mobile devices like iOS devices, Android devices etc.
· An understanding of IT infrastructure components
· Basic server and network troubleshooting skills
· Basic knowledge of file and print services
· A working knowledge of Active Directory and how to perform basic administrative functions such as adding users to a group
· Previous use of an IT Service Management application such as Service Now, Remedy or any other ITSM platform or tool.
· Basic knowledge of the use of meeting room conferencing equipment like Microsoft Teams Room devices.
· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and configuring of hand held scanners
· ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is desirable
