Embedded Developer – C++, Firmware, ASPICE – Automotive – 5 Month+ Contract – Dresden - Hybrid

My client is URGENTLY looking to onboard an Embedded C++ Developer with experience in Firmware and ASPICE experience. My client, a company at the forefront of supplying electrical products around the globe, wants to interview and onboard the successful candidate by next week if possible!

After an initial onsite ramp-up, my client is offering a 50% hybrid work style capacity. Extensions moving into 2023 are likely.

CONTRACTORS TASK

• Develop and maintain embedded software on automotive Radar applications (e.g. autonomous driving).
• Real-time embedded software and state machines on DSP (C/C++).
• Translation of requirements to module level functionality together with architects.
• Creation and maintenance of unit tests.
• Cooperate with Validation team to define validation strategies and tests.

CONTRACTOR OBJECTIVES

• Writing highly optimized embedded C++ firmware.
• Ethernet stack optimization.
• Creating unit tests.

MUST HAVES

• C++v14.
• Automotive, ASPICE experience.
• Working with debuggers and measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyser).
• English & German.

TOOLS

• ARM compiler.
• GCC/CLANG compiler.
• Lauterbach debugger.
• UnitTest tools, Linux.
