Job Description:
• Experience in performing CyberArk brokering solution implementation based on the design
• Good to have experience of implementing CyberArk solution
• L3 certification in CyberArk.
• Good troubleshooting and Configuration experience in CyberArk.
• Should have 2-3 years of development experience on any programming language(JAVA, VB, VB.Net, ASP, JSP)
• Should have good experience of BAU support processes like incident/problem management, SLA management, change management, knowledge transition and documentation.
• Should have good understanding of different platforms like UNIX, Windows server level commands
• Should be able to customize CYBERARK product as per business requirements
• Should be able to automate support process and create reusable components
