Embedded C/C++ Developer – ARM, Linux – Smart Energy - 5 Month+ Contract – Hybrid - Baden-Württemberg

My client, a leading provider for Smart Energy devices, is urgently looking for an Embedded C/C++ Developer to onboard immediately to help alleviate a manpower shortage during a critical stage of one of its projects. This candidate should be well-versed with Linux based ARM platforms.

My client is initially offering a 5-month contract to see out the year but there is a strong likelihood of extensions being offered moving into 2023.

Tech Stack:

• Embedded C/C++.
• ARM-64.
• Linux.
• Continuous Integration in Jenkins.
• Tests written in Python.

Experience in several of the following areas:

• Good knowledge of the IP protocol/ protocol stack.
• Knowledge of cryptography in the areas of network, data backup and HW secure modules.
• General programming knowledge in networks, databases, web services, embedded systems.
• Knowledge of energy data protocols such as M-BUS, SML and COSEM Experience in the application of HDLC and I2C.
