Dear community,We have multiple projects in the Azure expertise. We are looking for remote experts who can support our clients here. Here is a brief overview of the two projects:
1. Migration of On-Premise Webservices to Azure
The client is a Europe leading pharma logistic company for temperature goods. Actually, we offer our web services on-premise. In the future, we want to deploy them for security and performance reasons on Azure.
Outcomes
- The goal is to analyze the current infrastructure and to create a possible scenario to migrate and deploy the web services to Azure.
- Perform and consult the migration.
Deliverables
- Analyze the web service infrastructure
- Develop a concept for deployment on Azure
- Consideration of best practices for cybersecurity
- Secure connection between cloud services and on-prem environment
2. Build/fuel data pipelines/ensure flows work: Strategic Consultation and implementation
The client has a customer in the energy sector (Wind turbines). The generated data from these turbines need to be processed. Create a platform for data scientists to work. Use data from the data center via data pipelines.
- Keywords are “Pattern recognition and consulting”, “Data landing zones”, “ingestion pipelines”, “Data injection”, “Data lake connection”, and “create PowerBI view”.
- The data comes from the wind turbine manufacturers via VPN. Still addressing API. That's it for POC. The data from the wind turbines are not transformable, and the data pots/information retrieval was easy
- They seem to have 3 data formats that are quite static
- They use Spark, no Docker containers are in use
