We are looking for a Consultant (w/m/d) for JIRA/Confluence & Signavio (SHAPE+) for our client.Start: 01.07.22
End: 31.12.22++
Capacity: Fulltime
Location: Remote, Bonn/Darmstadt für evtl. Absprachen
Tasks:
Operational Maintenance:
- Field configuration, workflow configuration
- Update of (Confluence) manuals
- Setup Dashboards / (Rich) Filters as per project requirements
- User Story Transfer from Confluence to JIRA (Scrum Master Support)
- Training / ad-hoc support
- Setup, update GANTT charts in BigGANTT / Big Picture
- Scrum / Kanban board setup / configuration
- Project specific Agile Structure adjustments (e.g. quick filter, views, etc.)
Technical Concepts/ Solutions:
- Oversee and manage overall technical settings incl. x-tool interdependencies between JIRA/ Confluence, qTest and Signavio
- Align requirements (e.g. new issue types, workflows adjustments) with stakeholders
- Transfer into technical concepts and solutions (+ handover to operational expert & IT-S for technical setup)
- Guide technical realization of solutions with back-end maintenance team
- Alignment and sign-off of solutions after creation with requirement requestors
- Documentation of How-Tos and guide / enable team (e.g. Scrum Masters)
Skills:
JIRA/Confluence & Signavio Consulting skills:
-able to recommend possible solutions based on requirements budget and timeline
-able to provide design approaches and translate it into a tech solutions
