Story: Support in setting up the new ECM system Doxis4

Main task:
Implementation of the processes and workflows in Doxis 4 including front-end GUI (masks and layouts) and database connection
Adapting the Doxis4 system components to current customer requirements (Doxis winCube scripting) and creating interfaces to existing systems (e.g. ERP, SAP, MS Word)
Support and advice on basic administration in Doxis4 (e.g. organizational structure, authorizations, archive, etc.)

Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Doxis4 ECM
Experiences with the Doxis version 9 a plus
Well-founded know-how in the Doxis components: o winCube, cubeDesigner and AdminClient o add-in: Smart Outlook, ECM services: archive, DMS; Agents, Records, BPM, Retrieval o Doxis solutions: contracts
Development/workflow scripting (Java, Groovy, Visual Basic, Doxis4 winCube script language)
Extensive experience in the integration of applications in heterogeneous application landscapes and in the design of interfaces (APIs)
Knowledge of exchange formats XLM, JSON, RESTful web services and schema XSD
Approach to modern software development (tests, quality, version management)
Experience in DMS projects, process analysis and modeling
Working with relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries

Project language: good knowledge of German
