Role
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Responsibilities
• Collaborate frequently with customers/business users for data integrations and Data management using Informatica cloud with different systems
• Should be able to independently drive the discussions on proposing and optimizing the data integrations. Deep understanding on the Real time and Batch data integrations is essential
• Well experienced in the global delivery model. Should be flexible enough to handle the meetings and discussions – both with the customers and team located in different regions.
• Review the solutions -existing one as well as design the new ones independently
• Able to lead the team with expertise on
a. IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) product suite: esp. Cloud Application Integration, Data Integration
b. Experience in handling APIs
• Ensure scaling up of the offshore team technically and functionally
• Should be working closely with the delivery teams to ensure excellent deliveries. End to End responsibility is expected
• Should be able to independently work on negotiations, presentations, project planning with the customers
• Create functional and technical design specifications, reference architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed
• Be the expert for complex issues related to IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services), Real time integrations, APIs, Event driven data.
• Responsible for Data Transformation, Integration, Data management, Data Security and Privacy, Data Analytics as well as management of Data Access layers for Data Exploration
• Design and develop highly scalable and reliable end-to-end data enterprise data platforms
• Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of ETL and data analysis techniques.
Required
• Strong knowledge on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services -Application Integration
• Strong knowledge on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services - Data Integration
• Strong knowledge Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services - Secure Agent
• Strong knowledge of Real time integration concepts – esp with Kafka including event driven
• Having knowledge/ prior experience in loading/ handling the data with Sales force would be an advantage
• Strong Understanding about Automobiles domain including customer journey
• Should have knowledge on customer master data, Kafka, Sales force.
• Relevant experience in client management
• Global delivery experience including technical architecture
• SoW/Agreements and Project delivery experience
• Should have experience of leading teams of size 20
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Availability to travel on short notices
Preferred
• Handling Big Data using Informatica Cloud
• Knowledge about Sales force, SAP, Auto line is a plus.
• Should be able to adjust the timings to serve the customers/teams across the globe
• Relative technology Certifications will be a plus.
Experience/Educational qualification/Competencies
• Work Experience: 6-10 years of IT experience
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree – preferably in Computer Science / Computer Applications /Information Technology
