Job Description :
- Knowledge regarding the Investments and advisory process in Germany
- Very good skills in designing new and understanding existing processes / workflows/Requirements
- Proactive with strong analytical & problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
- Experience in agile development -Well versed with User story/ documentation skills
- Ability to conduct design workshops along with UX teams
- Hands on experience in Backlog management/ User story definition and refinement/ Define Acceptance criteria
- Experience in large scale IT-transformation projects welcome
- Preparation of solution templates for stakeholder and management
- Open-minded and ready to work in an existing team
- Good collaborative & communication skills in addressing problems & identifying solutions with members from distributed teams (especially Germany + India) are a must have
- Experience in Managing stakeholders from various geography
- Fluent in German (C2/Native) and English
