Dear Network,For our client in Munich we are looking for several IT Infrastructure Operations Engineers (m/f/d).
Tasks:
• Handling service requests, change, incident and problem management
• Ticket handling
• Completeness and accuracy of ticket data and documentation
• Project engagement
• Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
• Take accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or related technical/engineering field
• Several years of professional experience in R&D or IT or in cloud or datacenter environment
• Experience in operations of virtualization layer, hardware, operating systems, firewalls and/or monitoring
• Very good knowledge of Linux, preferably RHEL and RH Satellite
• Good experience in VMware products such as (vCenter, vSphere, PowerCLI)
• Good knowledge of RedHat and Ansible
• Preferably experience of working across different cultures
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
