Job Title: IBM Developer
Starting Date: April (ASAP)
Location: Hybrid/Liverpool Street
Contract Length: 6 months (extensions will be provided)
Day Rate: £500 to £520 per day (Inside IR35)
About the role
We are exclusively looking for a Back End IBM Developer to join a global investment bank, on a 6-month contract.
Tasks include designing/developing message flows, software development, responsible for troubleshooting. Experiences with Korn Shell, Java, XML will be beneficial. Alongside working with Administrators in both London and New York.
Skills Required
- Responsible for designing, developing message flows and message models as part of the bank's Interface Team.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues and assisting with code reviews to ensure optimal solutions are being delivered.
- Responsible for new development and fixing ongoing maintenance, and production support of all the Bank's application, both internal and external interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills are a must in both oral and written.
- Computer skills are must when using these software development tools: Oracle 9i/10G/11i/12c/19c, PL/SQL Stored procedure, Application: IBM App Connect Enterprise v11 or higher, IBM Integration Bus v9.0 or higher, IBM MQ v9.0 or higher, IBM MFT(MQFTE) v7.0 or higher, ITCAM, IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, WSRR, IBM Green Hat, IBM Urban Code.
