- Working with Adobe tools Target and Analytics- Implementation, setup and evaluation of A/B tests in Adobe Target- Test & personalize complete website experiences with Adobe Target- Advanced experience in testing, QA, debugging, and incident handling- Analyzing Target data in Adobe Analytics dashboards and deriving recommendations- Setting up dashboards in Adobe Analytics- Administrating segments and metrics in Adobe Analytics- Providing insights and recommendations to business departments- Understanding business needs- Leading and enabling of users in A/B testing, especially in test ideation phases (briefings, workshops)- Tailoring evaluation reports to answer business questions- Analyzing data and coming up with findings contributing towards company goals to steer online sales by optimizing website UX

- Proven experience in A/B testing, using enterprise Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics- Proven experience in deriving recommendations in the field of digital marketing- Good programming skills using HTML, CSS, Javascript in Target context- Understanding of IT processes and compliance requirements in corporate companies- Communicative person with good business understanding- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time- Languages: English, German is a plus
