Job Requirements:
-Collaborates with (or acts as) the Solution Architect in discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, presentations, and prototype demonstrations
-Collaborates and communicates with the functional stakeholders such as the Technical Product Owner, Business Owner, Project Lead, etc in various business groups and IT
-Documents and Supports the solution by utilization of practiced Agile ways of working in the team and DevOps Model
-Involvement in high-level requirement document and finalising low-level requirement document with functional, technical and interface specification.
-Implement the best practices, proactive thinking
-Contributes to project discoveries, kick-off, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards
-Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams
-Improve systems or process by studying current practices, identifying process improvements, and designing modifications
-Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, estimations, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria
-Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met
-Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution
-Supports the E2E test team, Production Support team and the development team in validating issues against defined acceptance criteria.
Qualifications:
-Cable/FixedLine/Telecom experience is mandatory.
-3 years of professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
-Experience working with external clients.
-Experience working in Agile, DevOps and iterative development methodologies.
-Knowledge of TMForum standards is a good advantage.
-Understanding of Cloud technologies and services (esp. AWS) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
-Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
-Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
-Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, flexible and be able to multi task.
-Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
