Beschreibung

Do you want to work for a specialist digital consulting firm? My client is looking to enhance their engineering department by hiring a Service Desk Engineer for their large ongoing project. The perfect candidate will act as a front line Point of Contact for our customer base, providing technical support and playing a crucial customer facing role.

What will you be getting involved with?

- Understanding and processing customer technical issues which will be escalated to the developers through using Jira and Help Desk in 2nd level support
- Continuous Web application testing
- Configuring and testing applications and tools
- Creating and owning user accounts in the Admin panel
- Through using Salesforce CRM, you will add SFDC
- Using Jira to create bug tickets
- Ensure constant maintenance entries for the admin panel as well as retesting fixed bugs.
