For one of our clients in Munic we are looking for a Certified ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d).Responsibilities/Tasks:
? Leverage ServiceNow service automation web service to integrate Tufin SecureChange
? Allow for automated access change entry & risk profiling in future as organization adoption matures. ServiceNow service automation requirements for Tufin SecureChange to be developed further with Tufin Professional Services
? Firewall Rule change template replacement – UI fields
? ServiceNow user interface must support multiple rows of firewall rule changes for one request much as the excel based rule template does today
? Ensure service request is closed before enhanced normal change request is opened.
? Hyperlink to approved and closed service request is provided in the normal change request.
? Tufin SecureChange shall be interfaced with ServiceNow via service automation requirements (Tufin App Properties Requirements)
? ServiceNow user interface for Service Request must support multiple rows of firewall rule changes for one request much as the excel based rule template does today.
? Approved and completed Service request must be closed before normal change request is opened.
? Link to approved and closed service request must be provided in the normal change request for Firewall.
? Requestor must be able to enter the 'Destination Port or Service' for the specific rule change being requested. No text characters shall be allowed in this field. Entry of single, multiple and ranges of numeric port numbers shall be supported by this field.
? A Dedicated resources to work with the firewall rule change requestors to review business & technical aspects of the changes shall be added to the new request approval workflow.
o This will ensure that less than optimal requests could make their way to the ITSO’s
o It will support the anticipated increase of firewall change requests due to in flight projects (Data Center Transformation, Network Segmentation and Global Firewall Optimization and Hardening).
? A workflow step shall allow the BCS representative to review submitted firewall rule approval service requests to ensure that they are in good order.
? Business Consultancy Service (BCS) shall have the ability to approve and progress the request
? An approved Firewall Rule request shall move to a closed status and result in the creation of a Normal Change request ticket
? A pre-populated normal change request shall be created with information provided in the approved RITM.
Required skills/experience:
? Certificated ServiceNow Developer / Implementer with dev experience on the ITSM module (in particular Change & Service Requests)
? API’s and interfaces experience
? Java ScriptGood
? Experience with Tufin Secure Change
? Written and spoken English, German is a plus

Location: remote & Munic
Duration: 6 months, extension possible
