Job Role: Senior Android UI Developer
Location: Munich, Germany
Full Time Permanent role
Mandatory Skills: Infotainment,Android, Linux, C++
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities:
• Gain deep understanding of current generation container-based platforms specifically on Android system, architecture, and framework
• Understanding Architecture and interface design, Multi-display UI system
• Design and develop CoreUI components, handling multiple display systems
• Work in Agile based scrum team, co-ordinate with other teams
• Gather and understand requirements from Application teams
• Co-ordinate with UX teams, gather requirements and build solutions for application teams
• Implement unit, integration, automation and CTS/VTS tests
Required experience:
• 5+ years of development experience on In-vehicle infotainment
• Deep understanding on Linux & Android system, architecture, and frameworks
• Deep knowledge on wayland, Android System UI and IVI extensions
• Knowledge on Android HAL, Services, Android build system
• Good hands on exp C++ (11, 14), UML, Java, design concepts, design modelling tools
• Exposure to all phases of SDLC and product development and Agile development
Good to have:
• Knowledge of infrastructure modules like lifecycle, persistence, calibration
• Knowledge of CAN communication & Diagnostics
• Knowledge of IPC and communication, SOME/IP, CommonAPI, OpenGL, DRM
• Knowledge on BSP and drivers related with display systems
