We, Nigel Frank International, are searching on behalf of our customer, who is a global company based in Germany, for the following project role:Role - > Business Analysis / Project Management
Length - > 6 months (longer possible)
Capacity - > 100 %
Location - > Remote
Start - > ASAP
1. 80% of Assignment: Customer Insight Inventory and Assessment (Immediate – end of April)
1. Improve project management work plan, hold all participants accountable for timeline and deliverables.
2. Gather existing information from multiple sources across priority countries in all regions via MSForms, phone interviews, and summary documentation.
3. Critically evaluate information, analyze data, identify patterns reconcile conflicts and disseminate high level information into details, and distinguish asks from needs.
1. Determine value-based use cases
2. Document existing customer insight methodologies
3. Analyze customer research & voice of customer existing sources, developing a meta-data framework for cataloguing insights.
4. Collect requirements for permissions-based access to customer insights, documenting solution requirements.
5. Partner with regional customer insight managers to document processes, analysis and workflows and prepare effective engagement plans for leadership workshops.
6. Support facilitation of leadership workshops.
7. Lead the inventory & assessment work effort specifically in North America as a resource constraint mitigation plan.
2. 20% of Assignment: Adhoc support as needed for:
1. Crop System team pilot projects for jobs to be done and outcome driven innovation process
2. Voice of Customer – NPS for indirect project plan development
Requirements:
• English language required
• German, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese a plus but not required.
• Effective written, verbal and virtual communication
• Proactive, Open Collaboration
• Available for non-traditional work hours to accommodate working with Asia and Australia time zones.
• Access to consistently available high-speed internet to support virtual, video -based work
• Experienced with analytics and visualization toolsets like Tableau, Power BI and wireframe/design solutions
• Complex project management experience.
Differentiators:
• Project management certification
• Six Sigma or process improvement experience. Green belt or higher certification a plus.
• Journey mapping experience. Certification a plus
