Requirement:
• Deep understanding of operation and change management and related network processes within ITIL, ideally with certification
• Fluency in German and English
• Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirements
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solver mentality
• Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvement
• Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Certification in any of the messaging technology
• Strong experience in Messaging Technologies/Tools: IBM MQ, MQXR, MQTT and IIB (Broker)
• Sound knowledge in Secure Transport Technologies/Tools: Axway CFT, SFT, Central Governance
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Experienced in writing RFP solutions and presentations during client visits
• Should be able to work with colleagues from different cultures and drive L1/L2 colleagues
