# Project description
The contractor's (service provider's) services will be provided for a project that aims to ensure the continuity of operational infrastructure data in terms of time and content throughout the entire lifecycle, from the basic investigation to decommissioning. In doing so, the team aims to use their data to create the conditions for more capacity in the existing network by facilitating access to infrastructure data and simplifying data organization. They will achieve this by providing consistent infrastructure data through the Infrastructure Manager software tool.
# Service description
- Creation of data architecture for operational infrastructure data: Establishment of a proprietary data architecture, conceptual design of data processing: selection and analysis of inventory data as well as its processing and archiving
- Assessment of impact of business decisions as well as changes in terms of their implication for the organized infrastructure data landscape, the data model, the roadmap and the design adjustments to be strategically initiated and consulting in the run-up to roadmap adjustment
- Build a unified business vocabulary, articulate strategic data requirements, outline high level integrated designs to meet these requirements

- Require and agree on established principles and guidelines from data generating, data processing, and data using entities.
- Establish principles and guidelines for valid data architecture.
# Must-have requirements:
- Deep understanding of data modeling and design evidenced by proven data architecture projects.
- Strong ability to reduce complexity and structure evidenced by proven projects in the data architecture domain
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in translating business content and structures into conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in the design and implementation of flexible as well as scalable components and (Big) Data structures
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in optimizing existing processes, data models and access logics
# Target requirements:
- Communication skills for presenting analysis results
- Several years of experience (>3 years) with Master Data Management (MDM) - architectures (or comparable)
- Several years of experience (>3 years) in the transformation or consolidation of different data models
- Several years of experience (>3 years) as a technical architect in software development projects
- Very good knowledge of current architecture trends, common architecture concepts and approaches as well as regarding software development processes
- Strong affinity for data and use of data management tools, processes and techniques
- High level of initiative, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, social skills
