The client is based in Berlin
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a cross-functional team, preferably in a technology company and/or in the healthcare industry, and be a creative thinker who thrives on owning the process from start to finish. Additionally, the candidate will bring:
Java for Backend: AWS, microservices, event streaming platforms, Spring Framework, Spring Reactor/WebFlux, Spring Security; iOS-Swift, Android-Kotlin or Typescript.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in leading diverse teams in an international environment with a strong focus on quality
- Must have experience with at least one of the technologies we use Java, Swift, Typescript, or Kotlin.
- A healthy approach to giving and receiving actionable, constructive feedback
- Focus and ability to prioritize your workload using business data and metrics
- Solid experience in communicating with various stakeholders and functions across the whole organization
- Growth mindset and ability to quickly adapt to change and have proven in previous leadership roles that you have excellent problem solving critical thinking and communication skills
- Fluent English
