Dear all,for our client in Frankfurt we are looking for a PMO HR transformation (m/f/d).
Tasks:
• PMO execution
• Stakeholdermanagement (CoE and entity heads)
• Change Management, communication and people enablement tasks
• Project status tracking and documentation
• Milestone planning, workshop preparations and facilitation
• Consulting project stakeholders and team members
• Risk and issue log, risk mitigations
• Change request management and committees control
• Process and operational set-up design
Requirements:
• Several years of consulting experience in HR transformations
• Academic education in business administration or business informatics or equivalent studies
• proven track record in similar client engagements with various industry sectors
• Solid command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Fluent in German and English
Workload:
• around 2 days/week
