Dear Freelancer,we have a very interesting SAP eWM project in Bavaria with the following content:
1 Help document and diagram the existing processes
2 Help document and diagram the future processes
3 Help prepare test cases based on future process and operational roles and responsibilities, especial job aides
4 Establish operational acceptance testing framework including requirement alignment, defect tracking, new requirements, etc.
5 Assist operations with troubleshooting and questions by providing English and German translation
6 Coordinate with PMO on testing planning and execution
7 Other services as agreed
Aditional points:
Produce and optimize SAP EWM Documentation and training materials
Test training materials with end users and adjust if needed
Support in building of training plan
Maintain key user knowledge with objective of passing UAT review with client
Facilitate end user Training
