Freelance Scala Developer - Tech Startup - Berlin

Location: 50% onsite in Berlin
Language: English fluency required

You will participate and work with my client to build a next generation of services that power a set of critical domains. These services ultimately power the OpenAPI and their online and mobile products. All of the APIs are consumed by both internal teams and organisations outside.

THE ROLE
In this Scala role you will be:

• Working at the very heart of the business
• Writing clean, secure, scalable code
• Carrying out your own testing
• Building out API's and working on microservices

THE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you will need:

• Strong commercial experience as a Scala Developer
• To be an excellent communicator, and have a passion for Software
• To be a Confident programmer
• Experience working on containerisation
