Role: DevOps Expert (w/m/d)Location: Essen/Remote
Period of time: 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 (mit Option der Verlängerung)
Scope: 100%
Tasks:
- Development and Operations of cloud-based platform services
- Implantation of automation and solution business logic
- Cloud infrastructure setup and management
- Security assessment and application of measures
- Close work with internal customers
Skills:
- Proven practical DevOps experience (7+ years) in cloud-based environments for Data Analytics and Data Science applications
- Knowledge of Cloud services, its setup and integration, management and configuration services and tools
- Practical knowledge of cloud-based container tools/services, its setup, security, monitoring and operations an experience with processing of streaming data, including real-time analytics and data transformation
- Programming/scripting skills: Python preferred
- Practical knowledge of data processing and integration patterns, such as ETL, ELT, etc. and data science tools
- Linux Knowledge and practical knowledge of ActiveDirectory/LDAP, GIT, CI/CD, GitlLab, Azure
- Knowledge and experience around cloud security
- Monitoring of cloud services and logs analysis
- Team player, but able to work solo
- Very good level of English is required (speaking and writing
Nice to have:
- More skills in Programming/Scripting languages
- Experience with PySpark
- Knowledge of german
- AWS Knowledge
