EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
• Software development and testing
o ISTQB certified Test Manager
o Certified Agile Tester Certification desirable
Personal
• Experience in working in international teams, preferably in an German-speaking environment
• Fluent English (CEFR level B2 or better) is an advantage
• Very good communication skills and proved teamwork ability
Technical
• Strong in Testing concepts, involved in different levels of testing like Functional, Regression, Integration, Compatibility, etc.
• Effective reporting and presentation skills
Preferred skills
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and agile tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
